“Agricultural fairs are
becoming an institution of the country. They are useful in more ways
than one; they bring us together and thereby make us better acquainted
and better friends than we otherwise would be.” This was a quote from
Abraham Lincoln during the Opening Ceremonies of the Wisconsin State
Fair 161 years ago. It was true then and holds true to this day. We
are excited & humbled, as we gear up to kick-off the 154th Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days. Join us to create more great friendships and memories!
Mark your calendars for
Saturday, February 1, 2020 here in our beautiful and historic
Fairgrounds Pavilion for a fun filled evening of dinner, drinks and
activities as we grow the friendships and networks that allow our fair
to continue to prosper & bring our community together.
Share in the surprise
of friends and families with the announcement of the Distinguished
Sponsor, Parade Marshal and Rodeo Legends. Be among the first to know
as we reveal the entertainment line-up! Following presentations, kick
up some fun dancing with Colorblind!
This year the featured
project for funds raised will be a horse trailer for the Royalty Court,
that will be used for years, as they travel to parades and events across
the Northwest, promoting the Walla Walla Valley. If you would like
your logo or name on the trailer, make sure to join us to “Raise Your
Paddle.”
With more than 450
guests in attendance every year, Showcase is an excellent vessel to get
your name seen and heard. Whether through donated items for the
auctions, purchasing a VIP table, bidding on/ purchasing silent and live
auction items or attending with your family and friends - you are able
to help us continue a wonderful tradition as well as gain recognition
for you and/or your business.
It is through the generosity of our community members, like yourself, that allow us to keep this tradition alive. Thank you!
